Movies On UP! – Ep60: Number 60 the Hard Way
Movies On UP! is also now on Stitcher!
Ryan and Dave bit a Movies on Up farewell to kung fu (and afro) icon, Jim Kelly while bemoaning the rash of franchise movies we are and will be inundated with in the future. Pixar tries to help out by promising no more sequels, but stupid Terminator, Independence Day and Taken ruin the mood. Speaking of mood, Ryan learns a new, and perhaps sexy tidbit about 50 Shades of Grey, which now has a release date.
Big time fun with trailers/teasers from Nymphomaniac, Passion, The Time Being, Prisoners, Blood, Escape Plan, Jug Face, Hell Baby, Thanks for Sharing, Dealin’ With Idiots, The Counselor, Willow Creek and One Direction: This is US. Seriously, we talk about the One Direction movie.
Later this week, check back for the 2013 Movies on Up Halftime Report. We’ll give you our five favorites from the first half of the year and look ahead to five that we are “interested” in over the rest of 2013.

Thanks to The Champions of All Time for the theme music. It comes from the song “Home” off the CD/DVD Bridges Burned/Lessons Learned.
And a BIG thanks to Morgan Jim Cole for our fly, new logo.
Morgan, I still like our old fly logo. One is silver, the other gold.
